1st July 2008 saw Cinqplast acquire Steriplas Pty from the Plaspak Group.
Steri-Plas Pty. Ltd. are a well respected supplier of Injection Blow Moulded packaging in Australia, and will complement and strengthen our position in that market. The Injection Blow Moulded packaging currently supplied from our Alexandria site has been relocated to the Steri-Plas premises in Moorebank, allowing us to focus our resources and serve you better in the future.
In 2005, Visy Industrial Packaging transferred its Injection Blow Moulding (IBM) business to Cinqplast Plastop.
As the holders of the Alcan Wheaton licence for Injection Blow Moulding, Cinqplast already had a significant IBM range. The additional tooling means that Cinqplast now has a comprehensive stock range of IBM tablet bottles, jars, roll-on-deodorant, and other IBM containers.
